Journey Through Eastern Civilization Art Show

Journey Through Eastern Civilization, showing now through Jan. 10 at the Thomas Center Main Gallery, is an exhibition of more than 100 rare Asian artifacts and documents. The pieces were borrowed from William Earl Hutchinson's Theatre of Memory in High Springs. The collection introduces audiences to ancient sculptures, tools, furniture and historical documents, bringing a taste of Asian culture to Gainesville.

The exhibit is located at the Thomas Center, 302 NE 6th Ave, and is free and open to the public.
