Jill is effortless with her cotton dress, tights and floral scarf combination. Trade out the ballet flats for scrunched boots on colder winter days. Jill describes her personal style as an “eclectic, glam-rock, hippie mix,” and looks to Lady Gaga for fashion inspiration.
