Despite the chilly, windy day, Kathleen braved the elements in the name of fashion in this black frilly dress from Forever 21, which she bought "the other day." The flowy dress, although dark, is flirty enough for spring and summer with its cute embroidered flowers.The three-quarter, cream jacket gives the spaghetti strap dress a more put-together look, making it perfect for the office. Her red wedge heels add a touch of color and a dose of spring time. Kathleen loves outfits that are original and that "match my mood." Her mother, a flight attendant, will often bring her back pieces from Spain, London or wherever else she may land, adding foreign flair and variety to Kathleen's closet.
